Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort

These 2 days won't be the last time we stay. It's been fabulous. The room is great and clean with easy access from A1. We had a little private patio area which we hope to make good use of next time. Just too cold on this occasion. We ate in the restaurant both nights and it was a real experience. The food was excellent and very good quality. We both had the rump steak with was gorgeous. Special shout out to Emma who really look after us. Staff generally are a great team. We would recommend a dinner package. Only issue was my own fault and that was not being able to get in for a last minute spa treatment. I will book ahead next time.

We are staying at Belton Woods lodge resort and decided to have a meal in the hotel restaurant on Monday evening. We enjoyed a delicious meal which was made extra special by the exemplary service we received from Emma. She was very attentive and had a winning smile. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she ensured that all of our needs were met. Many thanks Emma.

The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was full of flavor. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal. The hotel itself was also very beautiful and well designed, adding to the overall wonderful experience. I truly enjoyed my time there.

It’s rare to come across service that feels both professional and warm, but she nailed it. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and arrived promptly. Review of Waiting Staff at Belton Woods Hotel – Fisheries Conference During our two‑day Fisheries Conference at Belton Woods Hotel, we were thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the waiting staff team — Olivia, Steph, Pop K, and Charlotte. From the outset, they presented themselves impeccably in their QHotels uniforms and carried that same standard through every interaction. They were consistently polite, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that drinks and water were always replenished without ever needing to be asked. Their awareness of the room and the needs of our delegates made a noticeable difference to the smooth running of the event. The team prepared and served lunch with efficiency and care, checking in regularly to make sure everyone was happy and well catered for. It was a pleasure speaking with Pop K and Olivia in particular — they showed genuine interest in the work we do, and it was clear that they and her colleagues take pride in creating a welcoming environment for guests. Beyond the service itself, the rooms were clean, tidy, and well presented, contributing to a comfortable and professional atmosphere throughout the conference. Thanks to the efforts of Steph, Pop K, Charlotte, and the wider team, Belton Woods proved to be an excellent venue. I would have no hesitation in organising future meetings and events here, knowing that the staff help elevate the experience from good to exceptional.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at Belton Woods hotel. We purchased a spa break package and everything was absolutely amazing. Wonderful treatments with in the spa by Skye and Summer, the staff are really attentive and personalise things to suit you. Lovely dinner in the restaurant with great service from Emma. Had a 2 course meal each and didn’t even use up the whole dining allowance. Breakfast is truly 10 out of 10 with an amazing selection and great quality! Overall very lovely hotel with good facilities and friendly staff, will absolutely visit again.

Me and my partner just came for a spa day, the facilities were wonderful, the staff were kind and attentive and the whole experience was lovely! The pool was busy but plenty of room for everyone. Me and my partner both enjoyed our time here and will be booking again!
